Welcome to Yoko Village. We are a community of digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs. Like-minded families or individuals who value quality relationships and genuine human connections. Our time and attention resources are precious, and we want to share them with those ready to invest in our vision today.

Our members are not just investors, they are part of our family. We don’t believe in cold business conversations with thousands of people approaching us by cold emails, social media, WhatsApp, Zoom, or phone. Instead, we want to establish deep-quality relationships.

To apply for membership, we ask all applicants to complete our application form and review our purchasing process in detail.

As a community with a finite number of potential members, we take our application process seriously. Therefore, make sure to complete the form in its entirety. Only complete forms will be reviewed, and we will only be able to schedule zoom calls or site visits with you if we see a complete form. If you are not interested in buying land or investing in Yoko Village, this is not the right place for you.
