Yoko Village is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant in Santa Teresa, to perform general accounting and administrative support duties. Previous experience in similar positions is essential.
Office work from 9 to 5.
Must have excellent spoken and written English and Spanish skills and be proficient in Excel. Ability to work towards goals and in a team environment. Knowledge and skills in business administration and accounting are an asset. Driving License.

POSITION #2 – Photographer and Content Creator

Yoko Village is seeking a Photographer and Content Creator to join our team for a part time role. Are you a creative who is excellent at telling a story? Then we want to talk to you. Must have professional equipment, pre- and post-production skills, and be able to help us develop a distinctive style across Web and Social to communicate our projects to buyers, investors, and new residents. You will be working on a team with copywriting, branding, designers, and others who are shaping a strategy to bring your images and videos to life. POSITION #3 – Sales Rep

Yoko Village is seeking a Sales Rep to join our team Full Time in Santa Teresa. We’re looking for a team player and natural conversationalist, who is great at networking and communicating our vision to prospective buyers and investors. Must be organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have experience working with some digital tools like Google Sheets, CRM software (is a plus), and excellent email writing skills.

Some other important qualities: responding to leads in a timely manner, strong listening skills, a driver’s license for site tours, and the ability to generate additional leads.

POSITION #5 – Architect

 

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EMPLEO
En Yoko Village Company estamos buscando Jefe de Obra para desarrollar trabajos en la zona de Santa Teresa, Cóbano, Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

Yoko Village Company es una empresa que se dedica al desarrollo de proyectos residenciales de gran escala, en un medio con altas complejidades y desafíos.

PERFIL DEL CARGO
Dirigir y ejecutar obras, coordinar proveedores, contratistas, logística en sitio.
Interpretar recaudos gráficos (planos constructivos) y garantizar que los proyectos se ejecuten respetando lo determinado por el Equipo de Proyecto de Yoko Village.
Responsabilidad de cumplir con los plazos establecidos.

PERFIL DEL POSTULANTE
Graduado en Arquitectura o Ingeniería.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años demostrable en jefatura o dirección de obras de escala considerable.

CAPACIDADES GENERALES DEL POSTULANTE
Alta capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Actitud proactiva.
Control global de obras.
Capacidad de planificación.
Capacidad de dar órdenes a ser ejecutadas y de dirigir operarios.
Capacidad de seleccionar trabajadores bajo su coordinación.
Responsabilidad de interpretar y respetar el diseño de los proyectos y asegurar la mejor calidad posible en ejecución.
Excelente capacidad de comunicación con el Equipo de Proyecto.
Habilidad para resolver imprevistos.
Manejo de distintos sistemas constructivos: madera, metal, steel framing, perfilería metálica, obra gris, etc.

FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS DEL CARGO
Algunas de las funciones específicas son:
Dirigir obras de infraestructura: agua, electricidad, calles, pavimentos, etc.
Dirigir obras de estructura: contenciones, bases, pilares, soportes, plateas, etc.
Dirigir obras de vivienda, amenities, piscinas, espacios exteriores, cercas, etc.
Compra de materiales en acuerdo con el Equipo de Proyecto.
Manejo de presupuesto con rendición de gastos.
Recepción de materiales y control de calidad.
Resolución de detalles constructivos.
Asistencia a reuniones de coordinación.
Informes de avance de obra.
Certificación de avance de subcontratistas.
Etc.
