Certificates

Convert Equity to a lot

As part of our commitment to fostering a new ecosystem, we are introducing an attractive equity convert model to our investors. Each investor will have the opportunity to convert their equity investment into a lot within the YokoVillage Netherlands community. This model grants investors the first right of refusal on available lots, enabling them to select their preferred options before they are made available to the general public.

Prices & Sizes

Lot prices start at 125,000 Euros, ranging from 250 sqm to 350 sqm, with holiday homes from 70 sqm and up to 110 sqm (BVO) per lot. The ROI from homes is projected to be around 8% yearly, and we will exclusively use sustainable prefab homes with construction costs ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 Euros per sqm, depending on the standards.
