Convert Equity to a lot
As part of our commitment to fostering a new ecosystem, we are introducing an attractive equity convert model to our investors. Each investor will have the opportunity to convert their equity investment into a lot within the YokoVillage Netherlands community. This model grants investors the first right of refusal on available lots, enabling them to select their preferred options before they are made available to the general public.
Prices & Sizes
Lot prices start at 125,000 Euros, ranging from 250 sqm to 350 sqm, with holiday homes from 70 sqm and up to 110 sqm (BVO) per lot. The ROI from homes is projected to be around 8% yearly, and we will exclusively use sustainable prefab homes with construction costs ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 Euros per sqm, depending on the standards.
We aim to address social isolation, work-life imbalance, and sedentary lifestyles while promoting sustainable living practices and making a positive environmental impact.
In line with our commitment to physical and mental well-being, Yoko Village will provide amenities such as yoga and meditation spaces, healthy food options, and access to natural spaces and outdoor activities.
Amenities & Resort
The communal amenities will include a community center, high-speed internet throughout the village, a state-of-the-art coworking center with private office space, a yoga deck, gym, communal garden, restaurant, and pool.
Moreover, we will be offering workshops and training programs for professional and personal development, as well as communal spaces for networking and cultural exchange.
Our project offers an array of added-value services, including co-working spaces, cultural immersion activities, networking events, and a sustainable, healthy lifestyle model benefiting individuals and the community.
