Back in July, we shared our vision for Sangha Teresa – A Retreat Center for the Development of Human Potential. Since then we’ve worked vigorously on the topography, design, development of water, electricity and access road.
We are now raising $2.5M for Sangha Teresa as we plan to engage with the installations of the hospitality units and the development/construction of the community as early as January 2022.

This initial investment of $2.5M will provide the center’s eco-planning, design, construction, permits, legal, management, operations and marketing. This will ensure the completion of the development.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This investment opportunity is exclusively for:
- Retreat operators
- Professional teachers, therapists, practitioners, and workshop leaders who would have a vested interest or added value in contributing to Sangha Teresa’s retreats.
- Existing institutes for the wellbeing of humans.
- Yoga teachers who perform yoga teacher trainings
- Yogis who plan to offer exclusive retreats or that are interested in having a place where they can offer such retreats.
We aim to cultivate a network of support and connection. This “sangha” – or community – of partners will be invited to join a private online forum where they can collaborate, cross-promote and share.

GREEN & SUSTAINABLE
Without cutting even one tree, Sangha Teresa is a lush forest and will be the largest eco-friendly and consciously designed retreat center in Santa Teresa.
As stewards of this land, we not only want to guarantee its preservation, but actually aim to enhance it. We are hiring a team of eco-planners to design our center and are planning on creating an edible forest, vegetable garden and introducing a sustainable water system, as well as utilizing renewable energy sources. Of course, no center can call itself green without a safe and effective waste management system, so this will also be of top-priority for our team.
